  Unpleasant experience. Came in at 10:30 pm (it is open until midnight), and asked for a coffee. The server then proceeded to say "we don't have any." I asked if they could make some and she very rudely told me no. Needless to say we did not stay and went to Boston Pizza instead. I'm still confused if the Chili's establishment just doesn't have coffee, if the server was too lazy or what...? I would have really appreciated if she told us the reason why she couldn't make us coffee rather than standing there staring at us like we were idiots.

  Worst service ever. I sat thank you and am ignored by the server and bar tender. They don't offer you water. Stand beside you after being seated and pressure you to make a choice on drinks before reading the menu. Horrible attitude and horrible people. Never again

  I visited chilies on May 5 and was served by Danielle. Danielle was fantastic she was polite and very helpful. She checked on our table often and when I ordered a caesar she came back to let me know that the one I ordered had HP and horseradish (it wasn't on the menu so she just wanted to make sure I knew before she placed the order) I was okay with these extra ingredients but some people might not like them so it saved a situation where someone may have been unhappy. Danielle was thoughtful, efficient and polite. Excellent customer service. I had a craft caesar, top shelf pickle caesar and boneless buffalo wings. Great food and dining experience.

  We came in and sat down to pick something we could eat, as we're vegans, but the server abruptly stated that they can't make anything vegan and that was very unusual for Canada... Any place we've been before, even a steak house would have something we could eat. She just didn't want to bother.
